Job Description:
- Identifying and Prospecting new Clients
- Getting Appointments and Visit to Plants/Offices
- Understanding the needs of Client for Automating the Manual Data Entry Processes
- Preparing the Functional Flow Charts and Presentations
- Run live and web based presentations and Solution/Product Demonstrations
- Freezing the Scope of Work, RFQs and sending Investment Proposals
- Negotiation and Finalisation of Purchase Orders
- Post Sale Support
- Preparing Sales Plans, Budgeting, Documenting and Decision making
- Offer at Tradeshows and conferences and represent client professionally
Qualification:
- Experience of selling technology solutions in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (added advantage)
- 2-5y experience of Enterprise and SaaS solution selling includes Software/Hardware
- Knowledge of cloud services (preferably)
- Knowledge of selling AIDC technologies and solutions – Barcodes, RFID, IIoT etc (Preferably)
- Passionate about sales and customer experience
- Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
- Quick study with the ability to learn new things, think on your feet, and problem-solve
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent sales experience
